Service Request (v2.0) Microservice
Service Request Microservice (SRMS 2.0) provides a servicing infrastructure for customers of the bank to support a 'TO DO' type of request, such as 'Raise a Cheque book request' and 'Request request for Statement'. This microservice supports configuration services that allow you to define new request types and associated mapping configurations for those request fulfillment-related configurations. It supports multiple service requests raised by customers and comes with a virtual table concept inbuilt and uses document-based NoSQL DBs for capturing service requests and gets serviced in the respective fulfillment system.
